  “I’m really disappointed with the service I received. Eloy came out to measure for my patio gate on August 13th and promised to send me a quote via text. I followed up with him on August 16th, but didn’t hear back. I even called the office on August 19th, leaving a voicemail, but there was no response. It’s completely unprofessional to not communicate, especially after a quote has been requested.” report abuse

  “My husband and I were really pleased with Capitol Fence Builders. They extended our block fencing from the backyard to the side yard, which included 28 feet of new construction and a gate. Eloy was fantastic – he really took care of everything from start to finish and even managed to get the job done ahead of schedule! The two guys who did the building were incredibly hardworking and did a fantastic job.   “Capitol Fence was an absolute nightmare experience. My wife and I were in the process of buying a new house and needed a fence installed, but from the start, things went horribly wrong. They visited the property, seemingly listened to our needs, but they completely disregarded the fact that we hadn’t yet taken ownership of the house. Despite being repeatedly informed that the sale was still pending, they proceeded to tear down over 700 feet of the existing fence without our permission, leaving it in a mess. They even drilled holes in the wrong location for the new fence! Then, they delivered a rental fence that was far too small for what we wanted. When we contacted them, we received nothing but excuses, and they refused to put the old fence back up. Now, two months after we finally bought the house, that rental fence is still sitting on our property, and they’re trying to charge us $600 for it! It’s clear they didn't listen to us, damaged the existing fence, and created a huge problem. We ended up switching to a completely different company, and they’re still trying to bill us for a job they completely botched – almost costing us our home in the process. Honestly, avoid Capitol Fence at all costs.” report abuse

  “I can’t recommend this company. We hired them for a picket fence installation, and it was a complete disaster. They never returned our calls, missed their scheduled appointments repeatedly, and the quality of their work was shockingly poor. The fence itself was riddled with cracks and broken pickets, and they used incredibly cheap nails that only lasted a few weeks. Worse yet, they didn’t even apply the finish as agreed upon in the contract. Honestly, save yourself the trouble and find another contractor.” report abuse

  “Overall, my experience was very disappointing. The receptionist, Sabrina, was incredibly unprofessional and her interactions with customers were unacceptable. Her tone and language were disrespectful and entirely unsuitable for a business environment. I felt she reflected poorly on the entire establishment, and I strongly believe immediate action needs to be taken – either a change in staffing or, frankly, the business’s future is at risk.” report abuse
