  Overall, I was pleased with the final result of my wrought iron fence installation through Diamond Iron. I initially contacted several companies, and Rudy from Diamond Iron was a great help. He provided a really detailed quote, which was a key factor in my decision – it was comparable to a second quote I’d received. Rudy was friendly, answered all my questions, and gave me a realistic timeframe of 2-3 weeks for the installation. While the project took a bit longer than initially estimated – about 5 and a half days – it wasn't a major issue. The installation team, Israel and another guy I didn’t get a name for, were also very friendly and kept me updated on their progress. I did have a minor concern about the last few panels being installed very low to the ground, but they quickly corrected it and even went the extra mile by creating two removable fence panels for me, just in case I need to access the area in the future. The total cost was $15,376, which I felt was a bit high, but justified by the detailed quote and the fact that it was in line with another quote I’d received. I’d definitely recommend Diamond Iron for a wrought iron fencing project. report abuse

  “I was really impressed with Diamond Iron’s work on my new wrought iron fence. It’s absolutely beautiful, especially the wide gate that opens right up to the golf course. The project took a little longer than expected because the support wall needed some serious repairs and re-stuccoing, which meant taking down the old fence completely. What really stood out was their responsiveness – they immediately brought in a temporary chain link fence to protect our pool, without me even asking! I was also fortunate to get to know the different crews involved, and everyone was incredibly professional, reliable, and genuinely eager to please. Despite the numerous phases and potential issues, Diamond Iron handled everything flawlessly. When a small problem arose, Vanessa Lindley, the Controller, quickly alerted Chris Blauvelt, the President, who personally visited to ensure it was resolved promptly. It was truly refreshing to see such a dedicated and proactive approach – something you just don’t always encounter these days.” report abuse
