  Overall, I had a good experience with Diamond Iron for my new wrought iron fence. I initially contacted several companies, and Diamond Iron stood out because of Rudy’s thoroughness. He came out promptly, provided a detailed quote for 267 feet of fencing, a 40” iron and wood gate, and a 42” iron gate – the total came to $15,376, which was similar to another quote I’d received. Rudy was very helpful, answering all my questions and gave me an estimated timeframe of 2-3 weeks for the installation, although it actually started a week earlier. The installation itself took about five and a half days, which wasn’t a major issue. Two installers, Israel and another guy whose name I don’t recall, were friendly and kept me updated. Initially, the first few panels went smoothly, but I noticed later that the next five or six were installed quite low to the ground, which wasn’t what I wanted. They quickly corrected that, ensuring a better gap with the remaining panels. I appreciated that they were willing to customize the project, creating two removable fence panels for future access. I'm pleased with the finished product and would certainly recommend Diamond Iron for a wrought iron fence project. report abuse

  Overall, I had a really positive experience with this company. Rudy, our salesman, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They really delivered on their promises, sticking to the agreed-upon timeline and ensuring everything was completed perfectly – actually finishing the job in a single day instead of the couple of days I’d anticipated.   “I was really impressed with Diamond Iron’s work on my new wrought iron fence. It’s absolutely beautiful, and the wide gate opening onto the golf course is fantastic. The project took a little longer than anticipated – they had to repair and re-stucco a support wall, which meant the old fence had to come down for the entire duration. To be proactive, they even installed a temporary chain link fence for the pool, something I hadn't even mentioned. Throughout the various phases, I had the pleasure of meeting all the crew members, and they were all incredibly professional and hardworking. Everyone was respectful, punctual, and genuinely seemed to want to do a good job. Honestly, I was particularly relieved by their responsiveness. There were a couple of unexpected issues, but instead of trying to just brush them under the rug – which is sadly common these days – Vanessa Lindley, the Controller, immediately alerted Chris Blauvelt, the President. Chris was there within four hours to personally assess the situation and ensure things moved forward smoothly.
