  “I was incredibly disappointed with Gerald’s service. He was consistently rude and unprofessional, and frankly, seemed to be trying to overcharge me. The quoted price of $7,000 to replace my entire ductwork was completely unreasonable – it was just a matter of reconnecting the existing system.   “I’m incredibly frustrated with this company. As a 62-year-old Veteran, I contacted them because they assured me they wouldn’t run a credit check. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a complete lie – they did check my score, which seriously impacted my already low credit. It’s incredibly disheartening when a company misleads you, and it’s made it impossible for me to get the service I need. I can certainly make my payments, but because of this, I’m stuck suffering in the heat with a broken AC.” report abuse
