  “We had a really frustrating issue with our AC blowing hot air on a Sunday, but we were so relieved when Onaidi from Brocard called back – he was the only technician who did! He was incredibly friendly and professional right from the start, quickly diagnosing the problem and explaining everything to my husband. He arrived exactly when he said he would and got our AC back up and running in just 45 minutes. We were so impressed with his politeness, his thoroughness, and how well he explained things.   “I couldn't be happier with Brocard’s service! I called him around 5pm and he was at my house within 30 minutes. He quickly figured out what was wrong and had all the parts he needed. The whole repair took just 30 minutes after he arrived – which was amazing, especially since other companies had told me it could take a week to get the parts. And to top it all off, he even noticed some problems with the wiring in my AC and fixed them for free! He’s incredibly trustworthy, and I’ll definitely be calling Brocard for all my AC needs from now on.” report abuse

  Honestly, finding a reliable AC company in Phoenix can be a real challenge – there are just so many out there! You really need someone who can respond quickly, and let’s be honest, when it’s hitting 118 degrees, you don’t have time to wait days for a repair. It’s just like needing heat when it’s -40! But with so many companies making claims about emergency service, it’s tough to know who to trust. We were so fortunate to find Brocard. The owner, Onaidi Brocard, was incredible – he came out immediately and quickly diagnosed the problem. He gave us two solid options and got the job done within a few hours, even picking up the parts himself. It was amazing to see him helping other families struggling with the heat, too. If you’re in Phoenix and need AC help, don’t wait until the big companies are completely overwhelmed.
