  “I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! I was really worried about finding a reliable AC company that wouldn't try to upsell me or overcharge me, but this team was fantastic. The owner and his technician were incredibly prompt – they diagnosed and fixed my problem the same day, which was a huge relief given the extreme heat. They were completely honest and upfront about the issue and their solution was both knowledgeable and very reasonable. What really impressed me was that they even took the time to check out my other unit and replaced a faulty wire and capacitor without any extra cost.   I was so impressed with the AC Team’s response to my client’s situation. They completely turned a really frustrating experience around by re-installing a fan unit in the attic, fixing the damage caused by the previous installer. What really stood out was their honesty and integrity – they provided a fair quote and stuck to it, even though the job turned out to be more complicated than expected.   Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the work the AC Team did. I’d heard great things about them, but they completely exceeded my expectations. From the initial estimate all the way through the installation of our garage mini-split, their process was fantastic – truly the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. They really focused on putting the customer first, and everyone – Kyle, Katie the office manager, and especially Nick the owner – was fantastic. Kyle was incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had during the installation. Katie was always easy to reach and kept me updated on the schedule. And Nick, the owner, went above and beyond by personally ensuring we got a WiFi interface that worked perfectly for our unit.
