  “I’m incredibly disappointed with my new rental home at Esther Acres. Just four days in, and it’s been a nightmare. The place clearly wasn’t ready for move-in, and I’m seriously considering leaving. I had a leak from the upstairs shower immediately, the garage door is faulty, one of the toilets has a leak, a kitchen sink component is broken, and an oven rack is missing. To top it off, the fire alarm keeps malfunctioning despite new batteries being installed. It’s completely unacceptable and frankly, ridiculous.” report abuse

  Overall, working with Liliana, the manager director, was a fantastic experience. We had a significant leak that originated in the kitchen and spread to the first-floor bedroom, and she and her team were incredibly thorough in identifying and resolving the problem. They completely replaced the drywall and ensured everything was done to a very high standard – Liliana herself was closely overseeing the contractors to guarantee quality. I was particularly impressed with her proactive approach, as she addressed a contractor’s subpar work by sending in a replacement team. It’s clear they’ve made some positive changes recently; they even provided a check to compensate for a surprisingly high water bill caused by the initial, small leak that had lingered for years. I understand there were previous challenges with staffing and management, but the owners made some smart moves hiring new, experienced staff, and it’s evident that’s paid off – the team is now top-notch and the office environment is exceptionally professional. We absolutely love our house and the quality is outstanding, and now we’re really pleased with the staff as well. report abuse

  “I’m so pleased with my new home! It’s a really lovely property within a secure, small community, and I appreciate having private water included in the HOA fees. The location is fantastic – close to the main roads just north of downtown. The homes themselves are well-designed, but honestly, what really stood out was the exceptional customer service from MTY. Specifically, Liliana, the superintendent, has been fantastic. She’s incredibly responsive, communicates clearly, and quickly resolves any issues.
