  “We absolutely love the kitchen and family room Costa Custom Homes did for us a couple of years back – we honestly rave about Stefano’s work all the time! It was our first major renovation project, and Stefano really made the whole process easy and comfortable for us. He and his team kept us perfectly informed about how things were progressing, and they were always quick to answer any questions or address any concerns we had. We’re now working with them again on a big renovation of our master bathroom, closet, and laundry room, and we’ve also used Stefano to replace about fifteen rotten windows throughout the house – he even tackled some persistent leaks over several months until everything was completely resolved. He was instrumental in our initial renovation of our 1932 home, providing a thorough structural assessment, and he’s continued to guide us through every subsequent project – from bathroom remodels to room renovations. But it’s his dedication and responsiveness that truly set him apart. During Hurricane Ike, he went above and beyond, literally climbing onto our roof to protect it with a tarp when no other roofers were available. He even expertly managed our insurance claim. Since then, he’s always been our first call for any issue, and he’s consistently shown up promptly to find the best solution.   Stefano was fantastic to work with on both of our housing projects. He really brought a new perspective to our recent remodel in Houston, and he was also incredibly helpful during the College Station building review. What stood out most was his deep understanding of the projects – he clearly explained the reasoning behind every decision and walked us through the pros and cons of each option.
