I contacted them hoping for a resolution regarding a service they hadn’t even provided, and instead I got a lot of empty promises and a frustrating series of dead ends. The only person answering the phone seemed overwhelmed, and I was repeatedly unable to speak to a manager. Every attempt to reach someone in a leadership position went straight to voicemail. It felt like a scam – they just kept talking about God while taking my money. Honestly, it’s a huge disappointment, and I’m still out $7300, wishing I’d never invested my hope in them.”
