  “I absolutely love my home – it’s a 4-story beauty built by Mazzarino Construction back in 2016. Because I bought it new, I was able to work closely with the builder to add some specific features I wanted, and they were fantastic about addressing any issues that popped up after we moved in. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, and even went above and beyond to assist with a couple of things that fell just outside the warranty period. The superintendent has been a real pleasure to work with; he truly seems to care about making sure I’m happy.   “Overall, I’m not in the market for a home, but I wanted to share my experience – and it was overwhelmingly positive thanks to Gaige. Living next to those townhouses they built, I know firsthand how frustrating the process can be, but Gaige was a true standout. He was incredibly attentive, genuinely caring, and incredibly efficient. He really went above and beyond, taking fantastic care of my property and handling a lot of unexpected complications and necessary repairs. I couldn’t have asked for better service – 10/10!   “I was really excited about building a custom home with them, and the initial floor plan was fantastic. However, the experience quickly turned frustrating. They’ve had a revolving door of construction managers and subcontractors, which made it incredibly difficult to get things resolved. And to make matters worse, their warranty service is just awful – slow responses and a general lack of support. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend going with this company.” report abuse
