  Working with Mazzarino Construction was an absolutely fantastic experience – we couldn’t be more pleased. From the start, they clearly stood out as the best value for the quality of work we found. They really went above and beyond, and our new home has exceeded all of our expectations. The whole process, from the initial discussions to the final move-in, was handled with fairness and a genuine desire to make things easy. And their post-move-in service has been exceptional; Shelby has been particularly responsive, quickly coordinating contractors and resolving any issues we had. We especially want to commend Amy To for her incredible design expertise – she had a fantastic eye for detail and really helped us create a home we love. Josh and Gilbert were also fantastic during our walkthroughs, always professional and meticulous.   “Richard and his team were truly exceptional. He went above and beyond to keep me updated on the property he owns nearby, patiently explaining everything in detail. What really stood out was his commitment – he’s personally taken it upon himself to ensure the property is secure and well-maintained while the sale is still going through probate, all at his own expense.   I’m absolutely thrilled with my new home from Mazzarino – it’s exceeded all my expectations! Honestly, I was a little hesitant at first, worried that building so many houses at once might compromise quality. But I found the perfect location after a year of searching, and I’m so glad I took the chance. They’re incredibly efficient – a really well-run operation! The quality of the build is fantastic, and they tackled every single item on the inspection report without a problem, which was a huge relief. I also want to give a special shout-out to them for quickly resolving a title issue we had – it was handled in under a week, a far cry from a previous experience I had with another builder. And to top it all off, the warranty company was fantastic and incredibly easy to work with. It’s clear they stand behind their homes.   “Honestly, I was a bit worried they’d just keep pushing back the timeline, especially since they were holding onto my deposit. However, I was really pleased to see some of the workers actually working on the concrete repairs – that was a good sign. And I was incredibly impressed that they put together a model of my greenhouse that morning; it was fantastic to see.” report abuse

  “We absolutely love our new home, and Mazzarino deserves all the praise! The quality of the work is outstanding – the third-party inspectors were particularly impressed with the stucco, which was a big relief after a previous, concerning experience with older stucco in Houston. He really showed us a completely different approach, and we feel confident about how well it will hold up in this humid environment. From start to finish, the service was impeccable and incredibly professional. Honestly, every single aspect of the construction was top-notch. The only small thing we noticed was a few minor details at the blue-tape stage – like the wrought iron bases on the staircase – but Mazzarino took care of everything immediately, and by the time we moved in, the whole house was perfect.” report abuse
