  “I had a really frustrating experience with Big Spring Surveyors. I contacted them to arrange a survey for a piece of land I was considering buying, but unfortunately, the title wasn’t clear. I promptly called to cancel the survey, but I couldn't get anyone to answer. I left a voicemail, and then the next day, I was unexpectedly billed for the survey having already been completed – without any prior communication from them at all. It was completely unexpected and left me feeling quite uncomfortable about the whole situation. I’d definitely recommend being cautious when using their services, as communication seems to be an area where they could improve.” report abuse

  “I’m really disappointed with the lack of progress on this project. I’ve contacted them repeatedly over the past four months about the survey map, and each time I was promised it would be delivered the following weekend.
