  “I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Big Springs was fantastic – incredibly professional and easy to work with. They handled a boundary and placement survey for me when I was on a tight deadline, and they were really accommodating, fitting the work into their schedule at a very fair price.   “I had a really frustrating experience with Big Spring Surveyors. I hired them to conduct a survey for a piece of land I was hoping to buy, but unfortunately, the title wasn’t clear. I contacted them to cancel the survey, but no one answered my calls. Eventually, I left a voicemail, and the next day they called to tell me the survey had already been completed – without letting me know at all. Despite my intention to cancel, I was still charged $400. Honestly, the lack of communication was a major issue, so I’d caution anyone considering using their services to be very careful.” report abuse

  Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed with the lack of progress on this survey. I’ve contacted them repeatedly over the last four months, being told each time that the map would be ready the following weekend. It’s now been nearly three weeks since my last update, and I still haven’t received my paperwork. I can’t recommend this company based on this experience. report abuse
