Thankfully, I found Mcelroy’s and spoke with Mike. He was incredibly helpful and assured me they could get it done. And they did! They were able to complete the survey well ahead of schedule, which was a huge relief. Mike and the team were fantastic – really knowledgeable about the property and the whole process.   Here’s a natural-sounding evaluation of the surveyor’s performance: “The surveyor’s response to our inquiry about the property line was concerning. Based on the map’s depiction of a small creek, we anticipated they’d investigate the area. However, their refusal to explore beyond the ditch was baffling. It seems they were unwilling to cross a common drainage area, despite the fact that children regularly cross it and it borders the neighbor’s backyards. Honestly, it raised serious questions about their judgment and their ability to effectively assess property boundaries.” report abuse
