Thankfully, I found McElroy’s and spoke with Mike. He was incredibly helpful and assured me they could get it done. And they did! They were able to complete the survey well before my deadline, which was a huge relief. Mike and the team were fantastic – really informative and made the whole process so much smoother.”

“The initial consultation regarding the property line was concerning. The surveyor’s response, dismissing investigation beyond the visible creek, and stating they “don’t go down into ditches,” seemed incredibly short-sighted. It’s baffling that they wouldn’t consider the possibility the property line lies on the opposite side of the drainage ditch, especially given that children regularly cross it. Their approach felt completely impractical and demonstrated a lack of understanding of basic property considerations.”
