Honestly, don’t let the bigger companies with all the fancy websites sway you. They were incredibly responsive to our needs – we have a pretty large, wooded property, and they jumped right on it with a fair price and a surprisingly quick start. It’s rare to find a surveyor who’s so willing to get right to work! Mr. Hill is truly a professional – he’s accurate, honest, and incredibly polite, and he delivered a top-notch survey. He took the time to explain everything clearly and customized the survey specifically for what we needed. And Mrs. Hill was just as wonderful, always keeping us informed and helping us explore the best options for our property’s future.   “I requested a residential survey and was promised a callback within a couple of hours with a price quote. Unfortunately, I never heard from them, so I called the following day. The person I spoke with seemed frustrated and quoted me an incredibly high price – almost $1,000 – for a small 1/10 acre lot.
