  “I can’t say enough good things about Hill Land Surveying. We’ve worked with several surveyors in the Huntsville/Madison County area over the years, and Hill’s are, without a doubt, the best. Honestly, don’t let the bigger firms with all the fancy websites sway you – Hill’s were simply outstanding. We had a fairly large, wooded parcel, and they were incredibly responsive, gave us a really fair price, and got started on the job almost immediately, which was a huge relief. It’s rare to find surveyors who are so prompt. Mr. Hill is a true professional – he’s incredibly accurate, honest, and polite, and he delivered a fantastic result. He took the time to explain everything clearly and really listened to our needs, tailoring the survey perfectly. Mrs. Hill was also wonderful, always keeping us informed about the progress and helping us explore the best options for future subdivision.   I absolutely couldn’t be happier with the service I received. My brother-in-law highly recommended them, and honestly, it was the best decision I made. I needed a property survey to confirm the location of my fence and to determine ownership of some damaged trees behind it, and from start to finish, they were fantastic. The communication was outstanding – they even texted me on Mother’s Day! That level of responsiveness really speaks volumes about a company’s commitment. But beyond the smooth process, I was genuinely impressed by their integrity. I offered to pay extra for a quicker turnaround, and they never once asked for more money. As a homeowner, you don’t often find businesses that demonstrate such honesty and commitment. Everything was completed quickly and efficiently, and I’m so grateful for their professionalism.   I was really impressed with Hill Land Surveying. My neighbor and I were struggling to figure out our property lines, but they were incredibly responsive – we had all the information and documentation we needed within 24 hours.   Hill Land Surveying was fantastic – really prompt and efficient service. I especially want to commend Ms. Sandy; she was absolutely wonderful, genuinely cared about my needs, and made sure I felt completely taken care of. I didn’t personally interact with Bill, but he clearly deserves a star too! If you’re looking for a company that prioritizes you and your family, I highly recommend checking them out. report abuse

  I’d really advise against working with Mrs. Hill again. I’ve heard from several customers that she has a consistently negative reputation – she seems to struggle with building trust and can be quite overwhelming, showing little regard for customer needs. report abuse

  “I initially requested a residential survey and was promised a callback within a couple of hours with a quote. Unfortunately, I never heard from them, so I called the next day. The person I spoke with seemed frustrated, and the quote they provided – nearly $1,000 for a small lot – felt incredibly high.
