  “I can’t rave enough about this company! I just needed a small piece of flooring to match my existing floor in front of a door, but unfortunately, the original was discontinued. They were incredibly helpful – they found a really close match and, without hesitation, the owner or his son offered to give me the sample piece completely free of charge, even carrying it to my car. Honestly, it was such a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be buying all my flooring from them in the future.” report abuse

He was fantastic to work with – truly knowledgeable about all the different flooring options and always happy to share his expertise. He really took the time to understand our needs, considering everything from the style of our home and whether we had kids or pets, to finding the perfect waterproof laminate in a wide range of colors. It was great to see so many brands and choices available, something you don’t always find elsewhere. Plus, his prices were really reasonable, and the flooring was readily available in our warehouse within a few days.   “We were so pleased with our experience working with United Flooring! We’re currently living in Glendale and recently purchased a house in Arizona that needed new flooring. Choosing the right floors remotely was a real challenge, but Sarkis was fantastic – he patiently walked us through all the different types of wood, explained how to care for them, and gave us a really good understanding of their longevity. He was also incredibly helpful in finding the perfect color tone we were looking for.   “I have to say, I was so impressed with United Flooring – it’s about time I left a review! We were searching for new floors for our new house and after looking at several top-rated companies in LA, Sarkis and his team really stood out. He had an amazing selection of Monarch Plank engineered wood that we absolutely loved, and he was incredibly patient and honest with his advice, never trying to push us towards something we didn’t need. What really set them apart was the hands-on approach. Sarkis was there every day overseeing the installation, and his uncle led the crew. It was such a different experience than we’ve had before – you know, where the person selling you the floor has no idea how it’s actually being installed. This gave us a real sense of accountability and you could tell they were proud of their work. The installation itself was fantastic, really close to flawless, and they even cleaned up meticulously as they went.   “I was really impressed with this flooring place – it’s a bit tucked away, located at the end of a warehouse area, but that’s part of its charm. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, and they really helped me understand the different types of engineered hardwood I was considering. They even gave me some great tips about leveling and refinishing, which was super useful. I was able to borrow a large sample to take home and really evaluate it, and the process of returning it after placing my order was smooth and easy.” report abuse

  “I couldn’t be happier with the new hardwood floors Sarkis and his team installed in my house. They seamlessly connected the new wood to my existing floor, and the work is absolutely stunning – you wouldn't even know it’s new! Sarkis was fantastic too; he answered all my questions patiently and was incredibly responsive, much better than other companies I contacted. Plus, his price was the best deal.   “I went into the store and it was completely empty, just three staff members present. Unfortunately, they barely acknowledged my arrival, and it took a good three minutes of me browsing to get their attention. After another seven minutes of waiting, it was clear they weren’t interested in helping me. It felt like they wouldn’t have assisted me if I were a different gender or a more valued customer.
