  “I honestly couldn’t give them a higher rating than five stars. I just needed a small piece of flooring, about 36”x3”, to repair in front of my door. Unfortunately, the original flooring I had was discontinued, and we couldn’t find an exact match. We looked at a few similar samples, and when we finally found one we liked, the owner, or his son, offered to give me the sample completely free of charge! He even carried it to my car. Seriously, that level of customer service was incredible. I’m absolutely going to be buying all my flooring from them in the future – they’re fantastic people.” report abuse

  Sarkis and United Hardwood Flooring were absolutely fantastic to work with. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about flooring and genuinely willing to share his expertise – he really took the time to understand our specific needs and the style of our home, considering everything from young children and pets to the overall aesthetic. We’ve bought flooring from him before and were impressed with the huge selection he offered, far more than we found at other places. He presented us with a great range of waterproof laminate in many different colors and brands, and the prices were very reasonable. Best of all, the flooring was readily available at his warehouse within a few days, and he even offered to store it until our contractor was ready – it was just amazing customer service all around.   “I have to say, I was really impressed with United Floors. We were looking to revamp our new house and went through a lot of different flooring companies in LA, but Sarkis and his team really stood out. He had an amazing selection of Monarch Plank engineered wood that we absolutely loved, and he was incredibly helpful and honest, never trying to push us towards anything we didn’t need. What really set them apart was Sarkis’s hands-on approach – he checked in on the installation every day and his uncle led the crew. It was such a difference from other companies where the salesperson doesn’t seem to care how the work actually gets done. Because of this personal involvement, you could really feel a sense of accountability and pride in their work. My wife and I are pretty particular, and the installation was fantastic – incredibly close to flawless! Plus, they were incredibly tidy, cleaning up as they went.   “I was really impressed with this flooring place – it’s a bit tucked away, located at the end of a warehouse road, but that’s part of its charm. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, and they really took the time to educate me about engineered hardwood, sharing some valuable tips on leveling and refinishing too.   “I was absolutely thrilled with the new hardwood floors Sarkis and his crew installed in my Mid-City home. They seamlessly connected the new wood to my existing hardwood, and the transition is practically invisible – the finished result looks fantastic! Sarkis was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, answering all my questions promptly and going above and beyond compared to other flooring companies I spoke with.   I had a really frustrating experience at this store. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me, barely acknowledging my presence. It took a full seven minutes of me trying to get their attention, and even then, they offered a vague promise of assistance that never materialized. The store was empty, which made the lack of engagement even more noticeable. Honestly, it felt like I was being dismissed simply because I wasn't a man or someone they deemed more important. It was a shame, as they clearly didn't seem to care about potential customers. report abuse
