  Bob was fantastic – truly a professional from the very beginning. We just needed a quick idea about renovating our office floor, and he was so responsive. He came out to our place within an hour to take measurements, and then sent over an estimate the same day. He even got a great crew scheduled to start the work the following week! The crew was incredibly polite, professional, and did a really efficient job. The finished floor looks absolutely beautiful – we’d definitely recommend them to anyone, and be sure to ask for Bob! report abuse

  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with Elite Floorcovering. Robert and Seth were fantastic to work with – really easy to communicate with. Jose and his crew did an absolutely outstanding job on the floors, and it’s clear they’re professionals. We’d had a really bad experience with our original builder, and unfortunately, a subsequent attempt to fix the issue just made things worse. Elite Floorcovering really saved the day! They recommended a much more durable flooring solution for our high-traffic areas, and expertly leveled the subfloor. The result is fantastic – everything looks incredibly high quality and we no longer have any of those annoying soft spots. We’ll definitely be using them again in the future. report abuse
