You not only helped me understand the different flooring options and got me some great prices, but your customer service was truly outstanding. Honestly, the whole business could benefit from your level of dedication. To the owners, I wanted to add a few thoughts. It’s clear you’re doing well, but making some simple improvements would really elevate the experience for customers. Things like addressing the parking situation, providing bathrooms and a water fountain, and maybe adding a vending machine or even a small waiting area would go a long way. Also, removing the glass partitions would be a nice touch. Finally, expanding your Spanish-speaking staff would be a great addition. I’m happy to brainstorm some ideas if you’d like – I’m seeing the business from a customer’s perspective, looking both inside and out.” report abuse

  “I was really impressed with this hardwood flooring store! The showroom is massive and they have an incredible selection. I was also looking for waterproof vinyl for my projects and found they had the best quality and prices in Los Angeles – definitely the best deal I found.
