  Wade and WED were absolutely fantastic! We were completely blindsided when we discovered a plumbing and drywall issue and Wade jumped right in. He quickly assessed the situation, arranged for a plumber, and had the entire repair finished by noon – it was truly impressive. He also handled all the other smaller issues we’d called about. Honestly, we couldn’t be happier with the quality of his work, his attention to detail, and how efficiently he handled everything. We’ll definitely be using WED for all our future household projects and repairs – they’re fantastic! report abuse

  “I can’t recommend working with WE Davies. Our experience was incredibly frustrating and, frankly, a complete waste of time and money. We hired them to do a full remodel of our bathroom, drywall our stairwell and living room, and install new flooring in the living room. Initially, Wynn seemed very professional and we spent a lot of time discussing our expectations. I was hoping to do some of the work myself – I’m an Electrical Engineer – and we agreed that I’d handle the electrical, painting, and trim. We went back and forth on the contract several times, but each version was riddled with errors and new requests that hadn’t been discussed. Despite correcting them repeatedly, Wynn continued to change the contract, and ultimately, I signed it based on his word. From there, things just spiraled downward. They consistently missed deadlines, taking work from my schedule to catch up, and they refused to do anything beyond the incredibly vague wording of the contract. Many tasks were only partially completed, and details we’d agreed upon were simply forgotten. We also faced significant delays in receiving lien waivers, which were legally required. They even damaged areas outside of the agreed-upon work, and didn’t fix them. Ultimately, the project took two weeks longer than anticipated, and it was a stressful and disappointing experience. If you're considering hiring a contractor, I urge you to get a lawyer to review your contract – it’s crucial to protect yourself from situations like this.” report abuse

  Overall, the work was pretty good, though there’s still a little bit of touch-up needed, particularly with the painting. Gavin did a fantastic job with the tiling – it’s all perfectly done and dry. We absolutely love the new shower and floor; it’s working out brilliantly for my husband, especially with his mobility needs. report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with this estimator’s service. After getting a timeline of a week to two weeks for my project, I followed up a month later and was told it would take another week. It then took another month to hear back, and they still hadn't even started the estimate! They were incredibly unresponsive and just didn’t seem to care about my project. To top it off, they sent me a text asking for a review – it felt completely out of touch. Honestly, the whole experience was unprofessional and frustrating, and I definitely wouldn't recommend using this company.” report abuse

  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with our addition. The team was fantastic – really friendly and honest, and we appreciated their fair pricing. To our surprise, they even caught that we’d accidentally overpaid, and they promptly and generously refunded the difference.   “Honestly, Wynn was fantastic. While the quality of the work is obviously crucial, his trustworthiness was just as important to me. He could have steered us towards a really expensive problem, but he was upfront and honest about it, even if it meant losing our business. That kind of integrity really stood out.” report abuse

  I hired this company to fix a water leak, and unfortunately, it was a really frustrating experience. They charged me $350, but they didn't actually fix the leak. When I called back, they informed me they’d need an extra $500 for an estimate, and only $250 of that would be applied to the work I’d already paid for. To make matters worse, they said the original $350 wouldn't be credited. I feel completely ripped off – I paid for a service that didn't deliver, and I’m extremely unhappy with their lack of accountability. report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with this experience. They took my $1000 deposit in April, but then didn’t show up for five months before suddenly appearing in August and claiming they were sorry. They simply kept my money and left, which wasn't the service I was anticipating at all.” report abuse
