  I absolutely have to recommend NR Air Heating & Cooling – Tyler was fantastic! We’d been struggling with our old, 19-year-old AC unit and had a really bad experience with a few other companies – the pricing was too high and they just didn't seem trustworthy. A friend told us about Tyler, and I’m so glad they did! He was incredibly responsive, came out to assess the problem within days, and clearly explained everything to us in a way we could understand. We decided to replace the whole unit, and Tyler gave us a great selection of options. The installation itself was top-notch, and a few days later, we ran into a small issue with the thermostat – something that wasn't related to the new installation – and Tyler immediately came back and took care of it, going above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied. Seriously, Tyler is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to answer our questions. He truly cares about his customers, and we’re so grateful for his service.   Tyler was absolutely fantastic! He responded incredibly quickly when we had an urgent issue, arriving within 20 minutes to diagnose and fix the problem. And then, he followed up again within just 30 minutes to confirm everything was working perfectly – especially appreciated given it was an extremely hot day (116 degrees!).
