  Overall, Nextgen did a fantastic job with our ceiling project – I was really impressed! They were incredibly responsive and got right to work. They were also really helpful, even assisting us with moving some furniture and working with us to relocate a light fixture and replace our garage door. It was great that they followed up to address a few minor issues too. My only suggestion would be to let them know in advance if you need to seal off upstairs rooms, as there was quite a bit of dust during the process. The crew was fantastic – polite, respectful, and professional. I would definitely recommend them and would absolutely hire them again. report abuse

  I was really disappointed with this company. I reached out after seeing their consistently positive reviews, and while they were initially responsive and asked to see the room I wanted painted, things quickly went wrong. Just 45 minutes before our scheduled appointment, they cancelled, claiming they couldn’t do the job without an on-site visit. They then unexpectedly proposed expanding the project to include the entire main floor, effectively quadrupling the work and the price. It felt like a deliberate attempt to inflate the job and take advantage of me. Honestly, I’m struggling to understand where all those 5-star reviews are coming from – they didn’t even bother to come out and assess the job initially, and I spent a whole week being strung along.   “I was really stressed about getting my drywall finished in time for Thanksgiving, but I’m so glad I chose Nextgen. They were fantastic! Knowing I had so many other projects going on at home, I was hesitant to hire anyone new, but they stepped up and delivered an absolutely wonderful job. What impressed me most was that they were incredibly busy themselves, yet they still managed to get my room done, giving me plenty of time to add the finishing touches before my guests arrived. I had a previous experience with another company that left a terrible mess, and Nextgen’s worker was so professional – he left the room spotless and vacuumed up all the dust.
