  “I was extremely concerned by the driver’s behavior. They were consistently speeding in the left lane, even with a trailer, and deliberately swerved into other vehicles – including me. It was completely unacceptable and incredibly dangerous. I have video evidence from my dashcam, along with photos showing their employee’s reckless swerving, which forced me to move onto the shoulder and almost caused a serious accident.   I wanted to express my serious concern about the work being done at the Love’s Travel Center in Forest Lake on Monday, July 18th. The traffic coordination was completely inadequate – waving vehicles through on the wet asphalt created a very dangerous situation. I ended up with damaged tires due to the slick tar, and it’s a significant hazard for anyone driving in the area. report abuse

  “I want to be honest – my experience there was incredibly unpleasant. The person working the pumps was unbelievably rude; he aggressively honked at me despite plenty of other pumps being available and then attempted to escalate the situation, even flipping me off.   “I’m incredibly concerned about the way this company has been operating on our street. Because we live on a very narrow, dead-end road, their work has created a genuinely dangerous situation. They’ve parked vehicles on both sides, making it almost impossible for us to get through, and frankly, terrifying if an emergency vehicle needed to pass. On numerous occasions, they’ve parked their large asphalt truck right in the middle of the road while unloading, completely blocking our access. As residents at the end of the street, we were left stranded until they moved it. It’s incredibly inconsiderate and shows a complete lack of awareness of how their actions impact us. Yesterday was particularly bad – they had the truck in the road and a pile of gravel blocking our mailboxes. Honestly, their disregard for residents in the working area is unacceptable. Based on this experience, we would never recommend hiring this company.” report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with Park Construction’s work and their handling of the issues that arose during the water main and road replacement project in my neighborhood. The vibrations from their equipment caused significant damage to my house, and unfortunately, their response to this has been completely unacceptable. They immediately filed an insurance claim, but their insurance company has been utterly unresponsive and frankly, deceitful. I’ve been bounced between an assessor who claimed they never received my contact information, and a claims specialist who repeated that the assessor said I was difficult to reach. I've had to repeatedly escalate the issue by contacting supervisors, yet the claim was still denied because they couldn't find a vibration report on their website. It’s a frustrating and dismissive experience, and I’m left with no confidence in Park Construction. report abuse

  “I wanted to express some concerns about the area. It’s becoming quite difficult for pedestrians, especially those using wheelchairs, to navigate the bike lane due to the trucks parked on the sidewalk and the amount of people on their phones.   I can’t recommend this company. My experience was incredibly disappointing and frankly, quite alarming. From start to finish, I felt like they lacked any genuine concern for customers. There were issues at every level – the front desk staff, the drivers, and even the leadership seemed to operate with a serious lack of integrity. In today’s market, good customer service is essential, and this company fell drastically short. Seriously, I urge you to explore other options; you’ll be better off in the long run. report abuse
