This is a truly concerning situation. The Mainstreet Lofts in Hopkins is showing significant deterioration, and we’re now facing a $1.5 million cost to rectify the builder’s clearly substandard work. Based on these issues, I strongly advise against purchasing or investing in this property – it’s a serious red flag and I’d urge everyone to avoid it.
