  “I’ve been a happy customer for eight years – the system’s always worked perfectly. Recently, a C went out, and I contacted Goodwin about it. They directed me to an installer who confirmed my 10-year parts warranty. However, it seems Goowyn didn’t properly submit the paperwork to the manufacturer, so I’m unfortunately not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.” report abuse
