  “This AC unit has been working great for the last eight years with no issues, which is fantastic. However, when a recent issue came up, Goodwin referred me to an installer, which I did. Unfortunately, the installer confirmed that Goowyn hadn’t submitted the paperwork for the 10-year parts warranty to the manufacturer, so I’m not able to claim it.” report abuse
