  “I absolutely love my new home in the Lowder New Homes Stoneybrooke neighborhood! It’s the perfect balance – close to the city but still feels like you’re out in the country. Lowder New Homes really knocked it out of the park with the selection of floor plans and they use such high-quality materials. Plus, the team, especially Cyndi Watson, was incredibly helpful and friendly. Seriously, you should check out the model home – you won’t be disappointed!” report abuse

  “I wish we’d gone with a different builder. We purchased a new home from them, and unfortunately, we’ve experienced a huge amount of issues since moving in. There’s been nothing but problems stemming from what seemed to be very poor workmanship and the use of low-quality materials. We’ve had a significant leak outside near the meter that cost us $800 to fix, and then a major leak inside the house caused by a drywall screw directly hitting the copper line, which flooded the entire place and cost $3600 to repair. Beyond that, the countertops began to fall apart after just two years, the cheap carpet wore out after three, and several of the appliances started failing after only two years. Honestly, there are many more issues we could detail. If you’re looking for a new home, I’d strongly recommend exploring other builders.” report abuse
