I absolutely love my new home in the Stoneybrooke neighborhood by Lowder New Homes! It’s the perfect blend of city convenience and a peaceful, country atmosphere – exactly what I was looking for. They have such a fantastic selection of floor plans to choose from, and you can really see the quality in the construction. The whole team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and really knew their stuff. I highly recommend checking out the model home and speaking with Cyndi Watson – she’s a fantastic resource! You won’t be disappointed.

I’m so sorry to say this, but we really wish we hadn’t chosen this builder. From the moment we moved into our new home, we’ve been dealing with a constant stream of problems. It’s clear there were serious issues with the quality of their work and the materials they used. We’ve had leaks, flooding, and quickly failing appliances – it’s been incredibly stressful. We had a major leak outside near the meter that cost us $800 to fix, and then we had a catastrophic leak inside the house caused by a drywall screw directly hitting the copper pipe, which resulted in $3600 in damages. Even things like the countertops delaminated after just two years and the cheap carpet wore out after only three. Honestly, we’d strongly recommend exploring other builders if you're considering a new home.
