They were fantastic to work with – everyone was so helpful and friendly. Suzanne was particularly amazing; she was incredibly knowledgeable and really helped us brainstorm ideas for our floor plan.   “I’ve built three homes with Lowder and honestly, it’s been an absolutely wonderful experience. They really make the whole building process enjoyable and stress-free. I was particularly impressed with their one-year warranty – it’s far better than I anticipated, and it gave me real peace of mind. I’ve worked with builders before, and you often reach a point where you just want it to be over.
