  “I couldn’t be happier with Sanders Plumbing! I needed to replace two old toilet shut-off valves and supply lines, and they got it done that same afternoon. The technician, Dillon, was fantastic – he even sent a picture and a little about himself beforehand, which I really appreciated as an older homeowner. He was really friendly and efficient, swapping out the old parts with new quarter-turn valves and flexible supply lines. The price was great, and honestly, it saved me a huge amount of hassle and time so I could tackle the rest of the job myself.” report abuse

  “I was so impressed with Sanders – they really went above and beyond when we had a backup issue. From the initial call to the final fix, they were incredibly professional and responsive. Then, something completely unexpected happened – a piece of equipment malfunctioned and caused some damage to our bathroom. Honestly, it could have been a huge hassle, but the team handled it with such integrity and care. They took full responsibility, kept us updated constantly, and even surprised us by replacing everything and making our bathroom look even better! It’s rare to find a company so committed to quality and customer satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend Sanders – they’re honest, their service is excellent, and they follow through beautifully.   Overall, this was a really positive experience, but it was definitely a bit frustrating at times. The two guys who actually did the work – I want to give a huge shout-out to them; they were incredibly professional, kind, and went above and beyond. I’m so grateful for their work. I especially want to mention Dillon, one of them. However, the process to get the initial estimate was a challenge. The gentleman who came out to assess the situation was great initially, but it took him three weeks to complete the estimate, and unfortunately, it was completely wrong. I had to follow up several times, and it took even longer to get a corrected estimate. I appreciate him eventually getting it to me, but the communication and the initial delay were really inconvenient. I just hope he can improve his turnaround time in the future. report abuse

  “Chad was fantastic! He diagnosed the problem really quickly and got it fixed right away. What impressed me most was how patient and clear he was – he took the time to explain everything so I completely understood what was going on and how he resolved it.   Matt was fantastic! He quickly identified the leak I had and got it fixed up really efficiently. He was also incredibly friendly and went above and beyond, even pointing out a couple of other potential plumbing issues I didn't even realize I had.   “I couldn’t be happier with the work Sanders Plumbing Heat and Air did for me. They recently replaced both my old HVAC system and hot water heater, and the whole experience was fantastic. From the very beginning, everyone was so professional and courteous – John was great with the initial estimate, and Mike and Joey did a fantastic job installing the new HVAC system, and Klaus took care of the hot water heater. They really took the time to explain everything clearly, and the installation was done quickly and efficiently, with them even cleaning up after themselves. My new system is running perfectly quietly, and I’m finally getting hot water again! I felt like I got excellent value for the money, and it’s really reassuring to know I went with a company that’s been serving central Arkansas for so long.   “I was so incredibly impressed with Sanders Plumbing – Chad, Travis, Heath, and Ryan really went the extra mile for me. Not only did they do an outstanding job, but they ended up saving me nearly half the original estimate! They were incredibly careful, especially given how cold it was, and avoided damaging my telecommunications conduit. Chad was fantastic, walking me through the process of getting reimbursed by the telecom company and even providing me with all the contact information I needed. Honestly, Sanders Plumbing was the only company that was able to actually solve the problem when other plumbers couldn’t.   “I was really disappointed with this service. The tech called to say he was on his way, but he was over an hour late. When I called the office, I was told there had been a mix-up and he hadn’t even bothered to update me. After two hours, still no tech. There was no communication at all, and frankly, it felt incredibly disrespectful. They offered a discount to cover the initial mistake, but that didn't make up for the wasted time and lack of professionalism. I wouldn’t recommend them – find another plumber to avoid a similar frustrating experience.” report abuse

  “I was so pleased with the service I received from Sanders Plumbing, Heat & Air this morning – John Tackett was fantastic! They quickly identified and permanently fixed a leak in my attic, and I really appreciate them offering that annual fall and spring service call package to check my HVAC system. It’s a really reasonable price, and I especially like that they’ll send me reminders to schedule those visits. Amber at the Cabot office has been doing a wonderful job transitioning everything over, and she’s been incredibly helpful and informative when I’ve had questions. As a retiree on Social Security, it’s great to find a company that provides such reliable and high-quality service at a price I can manage.” report abuse
