  “I have to say, I was really impressed with Rock Plumbing. From the very beginning, Zac in the office was fantastic – always quick to answer my calls, incredibly polite and professional, and he took the time to patiently answer all my questions. He really kept me in the loop about everything, which I really appreciated. Then, Dakota did the actual water heater installation, and he was just brilliant. He was so thorough and professional, and he kept me updated if anything was going to cause a slight delay. You could tell he really cared about doing a good job, and the work he did was fantastic – everything was left clean and tidy too. Honestly, I’d definitely call Rock Plumbing again for any plumbing work I need; I’d want Dakota to be the one to do it!” report abuse

  “I was really frustrated with the service I received. The technician came out and seemed to quickly dismiss the problem, finishing the initial check in just 10 minutes. Then, they had me wait almost two hours before actually checking the water temperature again. When that didn't fix it, they scheduled another appointment for three days later – which was completely unacceptable given I had a morning appointment and the issue still wasn’t resolved. I kept calling to ask about prioritizing the repair, but it felt like they weren’t taking my concerns seriously. Ultimately, I had to switch to another company who was able to address the problem much faster.” report abuse

  “The technician was really friendly and got my kitchen sink fixed quickly, even though it wasn’t covered by my home warranty – I had to pay for the repair. I also had him send pictures of my leaking tub faucet to the warranty company, hoping they’d take care of it. Unfortunately, I never heard back, and the warranty company later told me they’d been informed the job was already finished and there was no problem with the faucet. The frustrating part is, the faucet is still dripping, and now my home warranty is sending out another technician to investigate. It feels like the initial technician misled them about the issue.” report abuse

  “I was pretty unhappy with my initial experience with this company, mainly because of some scheduling issues and a few misunderstandings. However, I really want to commend the owner, Joe, for stepping in and resolving everything. He was fantastic and worked hard to sort things out, even reducing our bill significantly.   “I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! My outdoor faucet had completely cracked and was wasting a ton of water when I got home late. I tried calling a few plumbing companies, but they were all booked up for weeks. Then I called The Rock Plumbing, and Joe answered right away. He was incredibly professional and friendly, got straight to work, and had the whole problem fixed in just 20 minutes! His rates were really fair, especially for an after-hours emergency.
