Overall, it was a really positive experience working with this company – especially considering it was my first time. There were a few hiccups along the way, but they really went above and beyond to get things sorted out for me. I want to particularly thank Zack; he was fantastic to work with, answering my questions and providing excellent customer service every step of the way. He was a pleasure to speak with!

“Overall, my experience with Rock Plumbing was pretty frustrating. They did manage to fix the plumbing issue in my bathroom, which is the important part. However, they left a significant mess in my hallway, and didn’t bother cleaning it up afterward. Beyond that, communication was a huge problem – they were completely unresponsive, ignoring my calls and texts. It took multiple attempts, including the insurance company reaching out, just to get a response. It felt incredibly unprofessional and disorganized.”

“The tech support was fantastic – really quick to respond and resolved the issue efficiently and professionally.”

Joe was fantastic – he really came through for me last night when my water heater went out. He arrived this morning, got the job done quickly and efficiently, and was incredibly respectful and knowledgeable. Plus, his rates were better than any other company I’d contacted.

Robert was fantastic – he arrived right on time and quickly fixed my kitchen faucet. He explained exactly what was wrong and the steps he took to repair it, and even gave me some follow-up instructions. Really appreciate his prompt and thorough service.

“Overall, the initial work was excellent – the quality was great. However, I’m really frustrated because I’m still waiting for someone to return and finish insulating and covering my outdoor RPZ valve. It’s been a difficult experience getting a response, especially as this was completed in April. I appreciate Joe reaching out and resolving the situation quickly and professionally; his apology and proactive solution were fantastic. While initially hesitant, I’m happy to recommend The Rock – it’s clear they value their customers and I’ll certainly be using their services again.”

Robert did a fantastic job – he quickly and efficiently fixed the leak and replaced my garbage disposal, and he was really friendly too. Zach was also excellent; he kept me updated on everything, which I really appreciated.

I was incredibly disappointed with the service I received from my insurance company regarding a small shower leak. Robert Torres initially assessed the situation, and he suggested it might be a slab leak, even indicating a jackhammering would be needed. A week later, I received an email demanding nearly $4,000 in out-of-pocket expenses, and then I was informed that Mr. Torres had actually declared it a slab leak – a blatant misrepresentation. To add insult to injury, the subsequent inspection revealed the problem was simply outdated caulking! It feels completely dishonest and incredibly frustrating that Mr. Torres presented a completely fabricated diagnosis. I'm concerned about the potential for this company to mislead customers and inflate costs.
