  “Overall, this was a really frustrating experience. I received a top bid of just $2500, and then I was offered $10,500 without any equipment or clear justification. Code enforcement seemed to be objecting, but there was no written documentation supporting that claim. The crew was incredibly rushed, unprofessional – pointing at my pipes on the ground and constantly calling me – and frankly, quite rude. They tried to pressure me into using cast iron without explaining the drawbacks. Honestly, it felt like a complete waste of my time and a highway robbery at $10,500.
