  “I was losing about 1.5 inches of water a day, which was really concerning. Thankfully, the team I worked with were incredibly professional and thorough. They spent a few hours investigating the pipes and even dove down to check the pool shell. They quickly identified a small separation around the skimmer and expertly repaired it. The leak was completely resolved – it was fantastic! I’ve been in the pool industry for 47 years, and I was really impressed with their professionalism.   “I’m only just getting around to writing this review now, as it was about two months ago when this happened. I hired this company to locate a leak in my home, and then a separate plumbing company was scheduled to do the repairs. They came to my house, made a few holes in the walls, and were there for about three hours, but they said they’d need to return with special equipment to pinpoint the exact source of the leak. Unfortunately, after they left, we could clearly hear the leak coming from under my parents’ bathroom cabinet – the very spot where they’d cut the hole! They hadn’t heard it themselves. When we called to schedule their return, they told us the report indicated they’d found the leak, which was completely different from what they’d said before they left. We then contacted the plumbing company, and it turned out this company had been taking advantage of us, delaying the work and essentially stealing the job from the plumber. The work they claimed they needed to do, like cutting into our slab, was completely unnecessary since the leak was in the wall, and they even missed finding a second leak. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend going through this company.” report abuse

  “The technician was really helpful and explained everything clearly. They quickly identified the leak was located within the slab itself. I’m so glad we called them – it’s a tricky situation when leaks are under a slab, and they were able to pinpoint the problem accurately using the right equipment. We had another plumbing company look at it first, but they couldn’t find it. They suggested we contact this company, and thankfully they were able to locate the leak quickly, which saved us a lot of hassle and potential extra costs.” report abuse

  “My wife and I were really stressed out with a persistent leak in our basement that our initial plumber couldn’t fix – he suspected it was a foundation issue. Luckily, we found American Leak Detectors, and they were fantastic. They responded incredibly quickly, arriving within a day and a half even though we live about 100 miles away, and Zach and Dylan actually showed up an hour early! They quickly pinpointed the source of the leak and worked closely with our plumber to get it resolved. It turned out to be a lucky break – the leak was in a pipe leading into the house, but their professionalism, knowledge, and friendly approach made the whole experience so much better.
