  “We were so incredibly pleased with the home Aspen built for us. Everyone keeps commenting on how stunning it is, and it’s truly a dream come true. We seriously researched a lot of builders – over 30, actually – comparing prices, quality, and design, and we found that many of the standard models were pretty basic, lacking in quality and options. Aspen stood out immediately. Their base model was far superior, with thoughtfully chosen lighting and a budget built in so we could upgrade to exactly what we wanted. But it wasn’t just the quality of the work; Aspen was also incredibly flexible. They were happy to adjust the floor plan to meet our specific needs, without adding to the cost. And they even allowed us to use our own trusted contractors, which was a huge bonus – many builders we spoke with weren't open to that. We were able to do some smaller projects ourselves too, like the tile work in the powder room, something other builders wouldn’t even consider. What really impressed us was the team – Shelly, Greg, Cindy, Laura, and Katie – they're genuinely passionate about their work and you can tell they really care about your satisfaction. They’re responsive, communicative, and use a fantastic tracking system (CoConstruct) that made the whole process so smooth. Honestly, it felt like building with friends.   “Overall, the landscaping here is quite disappointing. The yards seem to be primarily filled with contaminated fill, and it’s a shame they haven’t invested in higher-quality topsoil – you see much more beautiful, healthy lawns in the rest of Brookfield.” report abuse
