  Anderson Homes was interesting to look at at the Brookfield Parade of Homes – they do lower-level builds, and I was keen to learn more about their process for a project like mine. Unfortunately, it ended up being a really frustrating experience. After waiting for nearly a month for a simple review of my plans, they ultimately said they weren't interested and suggested I go with someone else. What really bothered me was the lack of communication and wasted time. They never clearly communicated that the initial meeting would be at their office, and I and my wife ended up driving back and forth for over an hour. The designer was also fifteen minutes late, and he seemed unsure about explaining their design process, simply deflecting to the sales guy who would “get back to us.” It felt like they were just toying with the idea of my project, likely scouting out larger opportunities, but at the expense of my valuable time. report abuse

  “The overall structure looks good, but the roof and siding were unfortunately not up to the same standard. There was quite a bit of debris and leftover materials left around the site, which was a bit messy.” report abuse
