  Overall, we absolutely love our new home – it’s been a fantastic experience building with Harbor Homes. We’ve been living here for a year now, and the contracting and design process was really well-handled. They kept things pretty focused, which was great; we were able to pick out a lot of the design features we wanted without feeling overwhelmed by too many choices. Of course, building a house always has its challenges, but the team at Harbor Homes was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. And to top it all off, the warranty process was handled flawlessly. report abuse

  Overall, our experience building with Harbor Homes at Woodland Trails has been fantastic! We’ve been in our new house for about a month and a half, and it’s been a really smooth process – which was a huge relief, as we’d heard new construction can be so stressful. From the beginning, Tracy did a great job walking us through all the big costs, so we had a really clear understanding of the final price. We’ve had a couple of minor window issues since moving in, but Harbor Homes took care of everything quickly and efficiently under warranty. Hector, the head of maintenance, has been amazing; he’s incredibly professional, always prompt, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. Honestly, I wish we’d had a bit more direct communication with him throughout the build – a few small questions or concerns could have been easily resolved without going through the middleman. But despite that, it’s been a wonderful build experience, and we’re so excited to start our family in our beautiful new home! report abuse

  Overall, we absolutely loved our experience with Harbor Homes. From the start, the combination of speed, quality, and price was exactly what we were looking for in our first home. The team was fantastic – incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process, from planning to building to our warranty. We really appreciated how quickly they responded to any questions or concerns we had, and they always managed to find a good solution.   We absolutely loved our experience building with Harbor Homes! Tracy was fantastic – she really took the time to guide us through everything and kept us well-informed. Layne was also a huge help, offering great advice as we picked out the colors for our interior and exterior. Drew handled the pre-closing process smoothly. The house turned out beautifully, and we were so pleased that it only needed a few touch-ups and the garbage disposal was taken care of before we closed. We’re just waiting on the driveway and final grading, which is understandably delayed due to the weather. Our cats adore the sun room addition, and we’re thrilled with the whole process and the fact that it was completed on schedule! report abuse

  Overall, we absolutely loved our experience with Harbor Homes. From start to finish, they were fantastic. Cindy, our main point of contact, was so responsive and kept us fully informed throughout the entire process, especially since we were on a really tight deadline to move. She kept us confident that the construction would be completed on time, and thankfully, she was spot on! Caleb, our construction manager, was also amazing – he patiently explained everything about the house and quickly took care of any little concerns we had. And we really appreciated Kim, the warranty coordinator, who was incredibly helpful in sorting out anything we needed after we moved in. We’re so happy with our new home and the community in Sussex, which has a great pool and playground. We wholeheartedly recommend Harbor Homes – it’s been a truly positive experience. report abuse
