  Brock was fantastic – truly a stand-out salesperson. He was incredibly honest and transparent about everything, never pushing us and instead taking a really relaxed, informative approach. He took the time to explain the entire process, from buying land and the home packages to the quality of the materials and Tim O’Brien’s dedication to energy efficiency.   “We absolutely loved working with the Tim O’Brien team back in 2017 when we built our house. Pete Lange and the whole team were fantastic – so welcoming, really easy to work with, and incredibly efficient. It was like having family helping us through the whole design and construction process, and they even went above and beyond this year to assist with some exterior maintenance, long after our warranty expired.
