It was a really impressive experience – the moment you arrive, you’re hit with the smell of sawdust, and it’s clear you’re dealing with a top-tier operation with some seriously experienced professionals at the helm.

I’m so glad to say how impressed I am with 3G! About two years after moving into my new home, one of the interior doors started having trouble latching. My original builder wasn’t willing to send someone to fix it due to a few other door issues, so I contacted 3G – they were the company my builder had used for the doors. I was really pleased that their receptionist was so helpful and connected me with Ruben, the VP. Ruben immediately stood behind their work and sent out Paul to fix the door, and Paul was fantastic! He fixed it really quickly and explained everything he was doing, and it turned out to be the same person who had helped us during the warranty period – he’s just incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. Honestly, Paul is a fantastic representative for 3G, and if everyone is as good as him, it’s no surprise they have such great reviews. A huge thank you to Ruben for getting this resolved so promptly – I’m truly impressed!
