I’m incredibly disappointed with this company’s behavior while they’re building this data center near the 303 and Camelback in Goodyear. They’ve repeatedly blocked the road to allow their workers out, completely disregarding traffic flow and safety. This has caused massive backups and, frankly, it’s dangerous. They’ve removed barricades whenever it suits them, instead of prioritizing proper construction safety. I’m going to share this with my neighbors and post about it on social media so everyone in the area is aware and can contact the City of Goodyear to file complaints. If this continues, I’ll be providing video evidence to OSHA about the unsafe conditions they’re creating – forcing drivers onto a dirt road due to the traffic they cause, and even having one of their flaggers hit a vehicle while they’re doing so.

“The driver was exhibiting extremely reckless behavior, traveling well over 90 mph and making unsafe lane changes without signaling. Their driving was erratic and unprofessional.”
-
“That’s a really concerning question. It raises serious issues about safety protocols and the vetting process we use to hire staff. We need to understand why this individual was in a position to operate an elevator and immediately investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.”
-
“I’m incredibly frustrated with this company. I contacted them repeatedly regarding disruptive construction starting at 4:15 AM in OldTown Scottsdale, which is clearly violating city noise ordinances. Despite my calls, they completely ignored my complaints. It’s unacceptable that they continue to operate during such early hours, especially in a residential area, and I'm extremely disappointed with their lack of responsiveness.”
-
“I can’t recommend Layton Construction. During their projects, they were consistently extremely disruptive, working very late hours and creating a lot of noise that really impacted the neighborhood.”
-
“There were some serious concerns about one of the drivers’ behavior. They were traveling excessively fast – over 90 miles an hour – on the 202 highway heading west, and their driving was incredibly reckless, weaving in and out of lanes. It appeared they weren't paying enough attention to safety, and I think some additional driver training might be beneficial.”
-
“Sounds like a pleasant little get-together between two friendly folks.”
-
This company really impressed me – they’ve clearly built a strong and positive culture. It felt like a genuinely great place to be.
-
“This company consistently impressed us – they’re truly one of the top construction firms we’ve worked with in the area.”
-
Layton Construction is a truly outstanding firm – they have a fantastic team of people.
