“Okay, for the truck delivery, please head onto W Van Buren and go down 55th Street until you reach West Madison. Once there, park on the driver’s side, alongside the light pole, facing towards N 51st Street. They’ll be meeting you there.”
-
“Nadia and Rafa’s management style was concerning. They frequently addressed disciplinary issues publicly, which created a very uncomfortable and unprofessional environment for their team.”
-
“I was really disappointed with my experience here. Starting on January 7th, 2020, there was a significant lack of organization; my hours were never properly documented. Unfortunately, I became ill with bronchitis the day after starting and had to go to the hospital on Wednesday. Despite providing a doctor’s note to confirm my illness and calling in sick, I was told they didn’t have any record of it. It became clear to me why there was such a high turnover rate – the lack of proper record-keeping and communication.”
-
“Overall, it’s a really rewarding role – we’re consistently getting results and I genuinely enjoy the work we do.”
-
“I really enjoyed working there – it was a place I looked forward to going to every day. Unfortunately, my transportation fell through, which meant I had to leave my job. However, I’m hoping to return once I’ve completed my treatment and have a plan in place for getting back and forth.”
-
“Unfortunately, this place was really difficult to navigate – tight spaces made getting in and out a challenge. There was a lot of debris scattered around the parking lot and roads, and I was very disappointed to discover I had a large nail in my tire as a result of driving in.”
-
“Overall, it’s a really wonderful place to be – the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s definitely a positive experience.”
-
“Overall, it was a solid opportunity. The pay was good, and I really appreciated the management team. It was a fantastic way to gain some initial experience and get my foot in the door within the construction industry.”
-
“This company really stood out – the team is fantastic, the customer service is excellent, and their fabrication work is truly top-notch.”
-
“I really appreciated how supportive and generous my supervisors were – they were always happy to share their expertise and guidance.”
