  Ociel wasn’t very responsive when I contacted him about getting a quote for stucco work. Because our house is so old and small, he seemed to make a quick judgment that it wouldn’t be worth his time. He promised to send me a quote later, but never did. I followed up a couple of days later, but he didn’t respond. Honestly, that felt really unprofessional and made me question whether he was genuinely interested in our project. A simple message letting me know if he couldn’t take on the work would have been perfectly acceptable – it’s disappointing to be ignored like this. report abuse
