  Overall, I was really pleased with San-Co Concrete’s work on my driveway. They addressed a previous damage issue – involving a sub-contractor and some existing pipes and wiring – with great care. I spoke with Jose Veliz and Oscar Sanchez, and they were both incredibly professional and courteous, taking all the right steps to protect my property. The team kept me updated on the progress, and everyone did a fantastic job. I’d definitely recommend San-Co Concrete for any concrete project, big or small. report abuse

  Overall, I had a pretty good experience with San-Co Concrete. Ivan was fantastic – he came out, gave me a really detailed estimate, and explained everything clearly. The concrete work itself looks great; the finish is smooth and the color is exactly what I wanted. However, it’s a new driveway, so there are a few small cracks that have appeared, which I expect will settle out over time. I also had a bit of a hiccup with a charge – they ended up billing me for removing an irrigation box that hadn't actually been moved, and it wasn't caught until after I paid. That was partially my oversight, but it was a frustrating surprise. Despite that one issue, the staff, including Ivan, were incredibly helpful, especially when dealing with the HOA, who were being difficult and needed precise drawings. I’m happy with the quality of the concrete work itself. report abuse
