  Overall, I was really pleased with San-Co Concrete’s work on my driveway. They had to repair a previous damage, and thankfully they subcontracted with them. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail – they discovered existing pipes and irrigation wires under the concrete, and everyone, including Jose Veliz and Oscar Sanchez, took great care to avoid any further issues. The team kept me fully informed throughout the entire process, and their professionalism and courteousness were outstanding. I’d confidently recommend San-Co Concrete for any concrete project, big or small. report abuse

  Overall, I was really pleased with San-Co Concrete. Ivan came out and gave me a thorough and friendly estimate, explaining everything clearly. The concrete work itself looks great – the finish is smooth and the color is exactly what I wanted. However, I did notice a few small cracks in the concrete, which is understandable given it’s relatively new. Also, there was a slight issue where they charged me for removing an irrigation box that hadn’t been moved, and it seems they hadn’t noticed it themselves. That was a bit frustrating, but partly my fault for not checking before payment. Despite that one hiccup, the staff were incredibly helpful, especially with navigating some difficulties I had with my HOA, and the company was professional throughout the whole process.   I was incredibly pleased with San-Co Concrete’s work! They did a fantastic job installing around 1200 square feet of pavers and pouring concrete – truly amazing quality. Ivan and his team were incredibly professional, showed up on time, and completed the job efficiently.
