  “I was extremely disappointed with my experience working with this company. They were scheduled for potholing services, but spent nearly four hours digging just three holes. The final bill was shockingly inflated, reflecting a nine-hour job – a clear mistake in my opinion. When I contacted them to discuss the issue, the office refused to even review the bill, and then became incredibly dismissive, essentially accusing me of lying. Honestly, the whole interaction felt unprofessional and untrustworthy.
