  Honestly, we had a terrible experience with this painting company. From the very beginning, it felt like they were judging our house – the owner seemed almost disgusted by its condition, which was a really off-putting start. We followed their instructions to prep the house, but the quote they gave us was incredibly steep, especially considering our home is only around 1500 square feet. During the four days they were working, things went downhill fast. We ended up staying in a hotel because the job was so poorly executed. They painted over dirt and even hairs left by their tools, leaving our walls bumpy and messy. They completely ignored the fact that we were planning on getting new floors, and the whole process was incredibly sloppy – we had paint inches thick on the edges of our floors and paint smeared all over the walls. They didn't even bother with texturing, which is standard for a job of that cost. After they left, we discovered a huge amount of mistakes – paint drips everywhere, drywall scattered throughout the living room, and a thick layer of dust covering the entire downstairs. It was clear they hadn't taken our concerns seriously. When we asked the owner to fix the problems, he was dismissive and acted like we were being unreasonable. The main painter even argued with us about the floors, insisting he’d been told we were getting new ones shortly after. It was a complete mess that caused us allergies and even led to an emergency eye appointment because of the dust and debris. Ultimately, they "fixed" their own mistakes, leaving us with a house that looked beautiful except for the shoddy work and permanent paint marks. We were so disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience. If you’re looking for a flawless renovation and don’t mind being overcharged, maybe this company is for you. Otherwise, I highly recommend going elsewhere. report abuse
