  “We hired this company to paint our entire house, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing and stressful. From the start, the owner seemed judgmental of our home’s condition, which felt incredibly off-putting. Despite the steep quote, we were asked to do a significant amount of prep work ourselves, which felt like a slap in the face. During the four days they were working, the quality of their work was shockingly poor. They painted over dirt and hairs on the walls, created huge paint borders on the floor, and didn’t even bother to ask about our new flooring plans. They essentially ignored our concerns and left us with a messy, unfinished home filled with drywall dust and permanent paint marks. When they finally attempted to fix their mistakes, the owner was condescending and dismissive of our complaints. It was a truly awful experience that completely ruined what should have been a positive renovation project.” report abuse
