  “I was so pleased with Ivan and his crew! We’d just moved into our new place and needed to freshen up one of the rooms, plus there were a few items left behind that needed to be removed. I got a few quotes, and Ivan really stood out – he was incredibly responsive, took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, and gave me a fair price. He was really detailed about the patching and paint color, even considering moving our furniture. Everything was scheduled quickly and smoothly. Ivan even texted me the day before to confirm, and he was right on time, and they did a fantastic job! They were professional, quiet, and efficient, and now my room looks absolutely amazing.   Honestly, I was really disappointed with this company. I contacted them for a quote on painting, and they came out last Friday and gave me a verbal estimate. When I requested a written quote, I was promised it later that day, but I never received it. I followed up multiple times – calling Friday evening, again Saturday morning, and even emailing late Saturday night, emphasizing that I needed the written bid by midnight. It’s now Sunday at 4:30 pm and I just got a text saying they could send it now, but I’ve declined. Their lack of communication and missed deadlines make them completely unreliable. report abuse

  “I had a guy come out to get a quote for painting my master bedroom and bathroom. He took a quick look around and said he’d send the quote via email or text that same day or the next – February 3rd. I haven’t heard anything since, which seems pretty unprofessional.” report abuse
