  “I’m happy with the overall result – my house looks fantastic, and my wife and I both really love the new paint job! Red Rock was great initially; they were the most affordable and Ralph really put us at ease with how they explained the process. He was incredibly accommodating, working around my night shift schedule and sending a team that was friendly and courteous. However, about a year after the job was completed, I’ve started noticing some small spots of fading, and recently Ralph seemed a bit dismissive when I raised my concerns. It felt like he was questioning whether other contractors had interfered, which was a little frustrating after such a positive experience before.” report abuse
