  I would strongly advise against hiring AZ Painting & Consulting. Our experience was incredibly frustrating and resulted in a significantly substandard paint job that required extensive – and costly – remediation. We initially contracted for a multi-room addition, but from the start, there was a complete lack of management; they simply bid the job and then disappeared. The quality of the work was shockingly inconsistent. They used different sheens of paint in the same rooms, didn’t properly prepare the surfaces (especially the old wood), and even missed sections of wall and sprayed incorrectly on the ceilings. The finished product looked terrible, and new doors and windows appeared decades older after being painted. Furthermore, they completely failed to protect our solar panels, overspraying them with paint. It was clear they weren’t taking our project seriously. We ended up having to repaint the entire interior twice and are now paying another company to fix the disastrous exterior job – a milky-colored mess that looks nothing like the original. If you’re considering this company, I urge you to proceed with extreme caution. Before hiring, *absolutely* ask about the experience of the painters involved, how they handle new versus old surfaces, and insist on a qualified supervisor being on-site for quality control throughout the entire project. Keep a detailed record of all paint colors and sheens and make sure the supervisor reviews everything. Honestly, it was a truly awful experience. report abuse

We’ve hired them for several interior repaints, and they even tackled some really unique decorative projects in our bathrooms and bar area – they designed a fantastic mural for our bar wall. The owner is incredibly creative and really helped us brainstorm some amazing ideas before we started. The whole team was so courteous and professional, and you can tell they genuinely care about your house like it’s their own. They even went above and beyond by custom painting our urinal handle and keg spout to perfectly match the rest of the fixtures – it’s truly outstanding work!” report abuse

  “I was absolutely thrilled with the work Az Painting & Consulting did on my house – they completely transformed it in just two days! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, friendly, and really took pride in their work. They kept the whole jobsite spotless, and they went above and beyond to protect my furniture and screens. They even moved all the landscaping rocks and put them back perfectly afterward, and the cleanup crew made sure we could still easily get in and out of the house.
