  I was really disappointed with the work Alex and his team did on my house. We went from a dark to a lighter color, but there was a massive amount of paint bleed-through, and Alex seemed more concerned about how much paint was used than the quality of the finish. Frankly, I felt like he’d over-estimated the job based on previous work in the neighborhood and charged me a premium for it. The guys were rushing to get it done, and it showed – the job just wasn’t done professionally. I suspect the paint was diluted, leading to poor coverage, and Alex got very defensive when we raised our concerns. He even suggested I re-stucco the entire house! Given the 90-day warranty, we scheduled a follow-up, but he refused to address the issues. Because of this, we’re going to have to file a complaint with the ROC to see if the work meets acceptable standards. I’ve spent my whole life in the construction trades, and I know what good workmanship looks like—this simply didn't measure up, and I wouldn't recommend Alex or his company to anyone. report abuse
