  I just wanted to say – I’m not usually one to write reviews, but Alex McMillan and Leo and Alberto were absolutely fantastic. Seriously, the level of detail they put into the work on my house was incredible; I didn't anticipate anything like that. Seeing how happy my neighbors are with their own paint jobs makes perfect sense now – I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! report abuse

They completely transformed it – it was originally builder-grade paint, and they took care of every detail, repairing all the cracks, sealing everything perfectly, and doing a fantastic job prepping the surfaces. The attention to detail was truly outstanding, and the finished result is absolutely beautiful. They’re a hardworking and reliable team, and I’m thrilled with how my home looks.   I was really disappointed with the paint job Alex and his team did. We went from a dark to a lighter color, but the result was riddled with bleed-through, and Alex seemed more concerned about the amount of paint used than actually addressing the problem. Considering the price we paid based on his previous work in the neighborhood, the quality was shockingly poor. His crew seemed rushed and didn't execute a professional job, and I suspect the paint was watered down, leading to inadequate coverage. Alex became quite agitated when we discussed the issues over the phone, even suggesting we re-stucco the entire house! When he returned the next day to touch up areas, the bleed-through was still there. Honestly, it wasn't worth the cost. I'll be needing to do some extra work myself to correct the issues. As someone with a lifetime of experience in construction, I know what good workmanship looks like, and this simply didn't meet that standard. I wouldn't recommend Alex to anyone, and I certainly won’t be using his services again. We’re now left with no option but to escalate this to the ROC to get a proper assessment of the work." report abuse

  “I hired this company for a painting job about five years ago, and unfortunately, I’ve experienced some significant issues since. After just three years, the paint started peeling and cracking in several areas. I’ve never had this happen with any other painting job I’ve had done, which is really concerning. Based on my experience, I’d really advise you to explore all your options carefully before choosing this company, and be aware that once the work is finished, you might not be their main focus.” report abuse
