“Overall, my experience was really positive – the initial lady I spoke with was fantastic and Scott, the plumber, was also incredibly helpful and friendly. It really gave me a good feeling about the company. However, I was a little surprised and concerned by the $500+ quote for just snaking a drain. I’m sure they’re great at what they do, but that seemed a bit high.”
-
“The work was really efficient – they completed a thorough analysis and estimate and fixed the broken water line from the house to the curb within a single day, which was fantastic considering the challenging circumstances.”
-
“Honestly, we were really frustrated with the whole experience. It’s a great shame we contacted them to fix a minor plumbing issue – the quote they gave us when they arrived was completely unreasonable, and then the technician tried to push a brand new toilet on us, which felt incredibly insulting considering our existing plumbing.”
-
“Chandler did a great job servicing the tankless water heater today. While he was working, he also took the opportunity to check in on our reverse osmosis system and asked about the last time we changed the filter – thankfully, we were able to tell him when it was last done.”
-
Jake from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did a really great job – he was so efficient and the pricing was fantastic.
-
“Cisco and his partner did a fantastic job – they were incredibly thorough and professional. They kept us fully informed every step of the way, and we really appreciated how they took such good care of the area and ensured we were back up and running smoothly.”
-
“A & R Nelson were incredibly pleased with the service they received. Jerad, in particular, was outstanding – knowledgeable, professional, and a genuinely friendly and helpful technician. They would definitely recommend this company and plan to use them again in the future.”
-
“I was really disappointed with the recent installation of a salt-free water conditioner by Ben Franklin. I felt like I got a good deal at $3500, but later discovered I could have paid $2000 for the exact same unit. I was incredibly frustrated by this situation.”
-
“I had a really disappointing experience with the technician, Jacob. From the very beginning, he seemed quite irritated, and he immediately started throwing out a very high price range – from $700 to $1200 – to clean all the pipes in my house with a jetter. It felt a bit dismissive, especially as I’m a homeowner myself.”
-
“I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received. After investing $7,000, the project took significantly longer than initially estimated, and there was a complete lack of communication. I never received any updates or follow-up calls to check in on the progress. Furthermore, despite repeatedly requesting a printed invoice, I still haven’t received one. Honestly, I regret choosing this company and wouldn’t recommend them.”
