It really gave me a good feeling about the company. However, I was a little surprised and concerned by the $500+ quote for just snaking a drain.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received. After investing $7,000, the project took significantly longer than initially estimated, and there was a complete lack of communication. I never received any updates or follow-up calls to check in on the progress. Furthermore, despite repeatedly requesting a printed invoice, I still haven’t received one.
