  I was incredibly disturbed last night. I woke up to people walking on my apartment roof around 10:50 PM, and it quickly became clear they were intentionally stomping around. When I asked what they were doing, one of the men immediately started being incredibly disrespectful, calling me “Karen” and even filming me. It was completely unacceptable – especially at almost 11 o’clock at night. Honestly, the rudeness and the filming were completely unwarranted. A simple apology and an explanation would have resolved the situation entirely. The aggressive behavior and the disrespectful language were completely unreasonable. It’s important to show basic courtesy and professionalism, especially when someone is simply trying to understand what’s happening. And with multiple witnesses present, it was particularly frustrating that they reacted in such an antagonistic way. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with the service this company provided for my apartment complex. On March 1st, 2023, they caused a major water damage issue in my unit – they broke a water line without informing me, and it wasn’t until maintenance found the shut-off valve that the extent of the problem was revealed. There was a full inch of water standing, resulting in over a thousand dollars’ worth of damage to my belongings. Adding to the incredibly frustrating situation, they left my apartment unlocked with wet shoes on the lawn, and even left their own drinks inside – it felt completely disrespectful. They’ve made no real effort to address the ongoing issues, and when I questioned what happened, they even lied to my face about the air conditioning. Considering our complex uses a chiller system, it was obvious they were responsible for the lack of AC and heat. Despite the significant damage and inconvenience, their only attempt to make things right was a paltry $200 gift card – it felt like a completely inadequate apology. I’ve filed complaints with both the company and my apartment complex, but I’ve received no accountability or genuine professionalism. I strongly advise against hiring this company for any maintenance work. report abuse

  I just wanted to say how incredibly pleased I was with the service we received when installing our new AC unit at Montero at Dana Park. Able Chacon and Damien were fantastic – so professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to explain everything. They were incredibly thorough, following all the proper protocols, and made the whole process, from removing the old unit to setting up the new one, run so smoothly.   I was so impressed with Alliance Plumbing and especially Shan who handled the issue with my toilet. It had been a really frustrating problem, with other companies failing to fix it after months of trying. Shan really went above and beyond, taking the time to carefully diagnose and completely resolve the issue. He was incredibly patient and thorough, and I really appreciated how he cleaned up everything afterward – my bathroom was spotless and everything was exactly where I left it.   Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on that feedback: “I’m really disappointed with the service we received from this company. They were hired through our apartment complex, and we’ve had constant drainage problems – almost weekly. Instead of actually fixing the issue, the technicians kept blaming the complex for not authorizing the necessary work. Thankfully, our building manager is fantastic, but this company was completely unprofessional. They create more problems than they solve, and they never clean up after themselves. Their arrival window of 8am-5pm is also incredibly inconvenient, and it just adds to the frustration. Overall, a very poor experience.” report abuse

  Austin was absolutely fantastic today! He spent the whole day working on my A/C, and I really appreciate his persistence – he tackled some really tricky parts and two faulty blowers and didn’t give up until it was working perfectly. He was so polite and even took the time to sweep and mop up afterwards. I’m so grateful for his quick and efficient service, especially with this crazy heat. I’ll definitely be calling Alliance Plumbing again if I need any plumbing or A/C help – Austin is a lifesaver! report abuse
