  Mark did a really thorough job replacing the two 10-foot cast iron pipes in our hallway and courtyard. It was a tough project – he had to dig a pretty deep hole in our newly finished home – but he really took the time to manage it and make sure everything went smoothly. report abuse

  “Things didn’t go as planned today. He was scheduled to arrive between 10:00 and 11:00, but called in late at 10:50 with no clear timeline. Now it’s 1:00 PM and he still hasn't shown up.
