  Martin did a fantastic job – he was truly fabulous! The only reason I wasn’t able to schedule him for today was because the specific part needed was unavailable, and all the supply stores were closed for the day. I was hoping to get my hot water heater taken care of while it’s still under warranty. report abuse

  Martin was fantastic – honestly, the best plumbing experience I’ve had. He was so friendly and helpful, and he really took the time to explain everything about the water heater flush he did for me (a great deal too!). I learned a lot I didn’t know before. report abuse

  Erik was fantastic – really reliable and professional. He consistently showed up on time and communicated clearly throughout the whole process. Plus, the service was priced very fairly.   Nate and Henry from Elite Rooter Plumbers were fantastic! I called them early Monday morning and they were incredibly responsive, arriving quickly and getting right to work.
