  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. I hired them for a plumbing job and, frankly, I wouldn’t recommend them. They charged me $417 an hour plus a 3x markup on parts, which I expected from a company of their supposed caliber. However, the installation was completely wrong – they put a sump pump in my basement instead of the sewage ejector pump I needed, and it immediately stopped working a week later. The technician was incredibly dismissive and even aggressive, refusing to acknowledge his mistake until we pointed out the label on the pump itself. Things went from bad to worse. Two months later, a pest control company discovered that the plumber had never properly sealed the chamber, leading to a serious cockroach infestation. It turns out they hadn't even connected the pipes correctly, allowing sewage to leak into the tank and attract the pests. Now I’m dealing with a massive cleanup and a completely unresolved plumbing issue. The plumber who ultimately fixed the problem charged me an additional $500 to correct their initial mistake. They essentially did a terrible job, and then dismissed my request for a refund.
