  Jerry was fantastic! We had a really frustrating situation with our Trane system – a previous company had told us there were no issues, but the heat wasn't working. Jerry came the next day and quickly diagnosed the problem: some wires were stripped and shorting out. He fixed it within 30 minutes, and he was so professional and knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy at all, just clearly knew his stuff. We’ll definitely be using his services again. report abuse
