  “I really wanted to take the time to write this review because it was such a stressful situation, and I wanted to make sure I really explained everything. Honestly, it started with a really frustrating Friday night – my husband had just left for a hunting trip, and suddenly our hot water turned brown and awful. As someone new to the neighborhood, I reached out to our online group to find a good plumber, and Wyman was highly recommended. The response was fantastic! Within minutes, I had a service tech, Erik, scheduled for the same day. The office was so understanding and kept me updated with texts and even a photo of Erik before he arrived – which was really reassuring, especially since I was home alone on a Friday night. Erik was incredibly professional and explained everything clearly, and it turned out the problem was a full water heater replacement, which was a huge relief considering we live way out in the country. He worked tirelessly for hours, getting all the parts, and he was so respectful of my home – he even wore booties the whole time. It was amazing to see someone so dedicated and professional, and I can confidently say I’ve found a plumber I can trust!” report abuse

  Anthony did a fantastic job handling our toilet issue. He was punctual and very courteous, clearly explaining all of the available options to us. I really appreciated that he followed up a couple of days later to actually install the toilet we’d bought at Lowe’s – he was quick and efficient, and now everything’s working perfectly. And I want to give a shout-out to Jennifer at the office, who was incredibly helpful and kept everything running smoothly. report abuse

  Benjamin was absolutely fantastic – he provided such excellent customer service, was really clear and thorough, and even spotted a potential problem with our sink that we hadn't noticed ourselves.
