  “Overall, these cameras themselves are really impressive – top-notch quality and the tech support team seems knowledgeable. However, the NVR software was a huge letdown. It’s incredibly clunky and feels incredibly outdated, to the point where even something as basic as changing the router needed extensive technical assistance. It’s a real frustration.” report abuse

Despite this, they contacted us needing a password reset, and unfortunately, our team, LTS, didn’t respond to their calls or emails.
