  Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend buying cameras from this place if good customer service and a smooth warranty process are important to you. I’ve had a really difficult time getting my defective camera replaced – I’ve been trying to work with the site, and specifically with Edwin, but it’s been a frustrating experience. report abuse

  “Overall, this system had some really strong points – the cameras themselves were excellent and the technical support was solid. However, the biggest issue was the NVR software; it was shockingly difficult to use and felt incredibly outdated. Just changing the router required extensive support assistance, which was a major frustration.” report abuse

  “I’m really disappointed with the equipment and the level of support I’ve received. The equipment just isn’t up to par, and the response time for technical support is completely unacceptable – waiting three hours to get help, especially when I need someone to assist me while dealing with customers and DVR issues, is completely frustrating.” report abuse
